Official Referral Program Notice [UPDATED]
OFFICIAL NOTICE — Referral Reward Program

All registered students and learners of Vidyawan are hereby informed about the Referral Reward Program. Students are eligible to receive referral rewards for each successful and verified referral. There is no limit on referrals, and multiple successful referrals may be claimed as per policy compliance.
Referral Process

| Step 2 | Your friend must enter your email in the referral field before completing payment — this is mandatory; referrals submitted after payment will not be considered valid |
| Step 3 | After successful payment verification, the referral appears with Pending status |
| Step 4 | Click Request Reward to initiate reward processing |

Pay Later Policy
Students who enroll using the Pay Later option are eligible for referral consideration only upon successful completion of payment. A Pay Later enrollment where payment remains pending or incomplete will not be treated as a valid referral. The referral status will be updated and processed only after full payment is confirmed by the system.
Mandatory Referral Email Requirement
Entering the referrer's registered Vidyawan email address at the time of checkout is compulsory. Referrals where the email was not entered during the checkout process — regardless of the reason — will not be considered valid and will not be eligible for reward processing. No retrospective additions or corrections to the referral field will be accepted after payment is completed.
Compliance & Verification
Rewards shall be processed only after successful verification and internal compliance review. To maintain financial transparency and audit safety, rewards will be transferred only to the original payment method used during enrollment.
Vidyawan reserves the full right to approve, reject, delay, or investigate any referral request in case of policy violations, suspicious activity, or verification discrepancies.
